How to Renew a Domain
To place an order for a domain renewal please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your customer area on geebytescloud
- Go to 'Domains' and select 'Renew Domains'
- Add the domain renewal/s to your cart
- Select 'View Cart' and select 'Checkout'
- Select your preferred method of payment, tick 'I have read and agree to the Terms of Service' and Complete Order.
- An invoice will be generated for you to continue with your payment
Please note the domain name status has to be Active to order a renewal. If it on any other status please contact the billing department for assistance at [email protected].
Please also note that a domain name can only be renewed once a year.
