1. On your phone click on 'Apps' then 'Settings' then 'Accounts'
2. Click on 'Add Account'
3. Click on 'Email'
4. Enter your 'Email Address' and 'Password' then click on 'Manual' setup
5. Select 'Pop3' or 'Imap'. Browse here to see the difference between the two mail protocols /index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/144/IMAP-VS-POP.html
6. Enter the below details

• Email address: Full email address that you are setting up eg. example@example.co.za
• User name: Full email address that you are setting up eg. example@example.co.za
• Password: Password of the email address you are setting up
• Pop3 or Imap server: Enter mail.YourDomainName eg. mail.example.co.za
• Security Type: SSL/TLS accept all certificates
• Port: If Pop3 then 995 if Imap then 993
• SMTP Server: Enter mail.YourDomainName eg. mail.example.co.za
• Security Type: SSL/TLS accept all certificates
• Port: Enter 465
• Authentication required before sending mails: Ensure that this is enabled
• Username: Full email address that you are setting up eg. example@example.co.za
• Password: Password of the email address you are setting up

Now just click on 'Next' then 'Done'. Your account should now be ready to send and receive emails.
