How to Disable Auto-Renew for a Domain Name
Login to your client area
In your client area, to cancel domain name renewals, you would need to go to 'Domains' and select 'My Domains'.
Tick the box next to the domain/s you don't want to be renewed.
Click on the down arrow to manage the selected domain name, and select on 'Auto-Renewal Status'.
Select on 'Disable Auto Renew'.
If you need a domain re-enabled on auto-renew please ensure you send your request from the authorised email address to [email protected] before the expiry date of the domain name.
